This eight hour training course covers the OSHA requirements for authorized entrants and attendants at Permit-Required Confined Spaces. 29 CFR 1910.146, including all appendices will be fully incorporated into the course curriculum which also includes information on protecting the entrant from commonly encountered atmospheric and physical hazards and how to determine what are acceptable permitted entry conditions. In addition, attendees will receive specialized instruction on the hazards of exposure to hydrogen sulfide gas; how to recognize potential problems and the means to avoid exposure. This course can be conducted onsite.
There are no currently scheduled classes, however PTA can conduct this course for groups either at our training center or onsite at a client's facility. Contact Greg Ashman for further information.
